About this speaker
In early 2024, just shy of my 20th work anniversary, I began overseeing Digital Solutions, Card Operations, Operations Support, Branch Support, and the Fraud department. I started my career at HSFCU in 2004 as a Card Operations Representative and developed the Electronic Services Department. Over the years, I advanced from Specialist to Supervisor, then Department Manager, and now Division Manager. Under my leadership, we upgraded our Digital Banking platform in 2022, delivering seamless banking experiences with a competitive edge.
